Corporate Payment Systems - Business Development Consultant Refe

The Emerging Markets & Strategy Division of Corporate Payment Systems, Virtual Pay division is hiring a Business Development Consultant working with the Referral Partnership Sales. This is a work from home position and the candidate can be located anywhere in the USA.




+ Develops profitable new business account relationships and increased profitability from our referral partnerships.

+ Identifies business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products and services.

+ Uses cold calling to generate new business opportunities.

+ Makes sales presentations to existing and prospective clients informing them of benefits of using the organization's products and services to meet their needs.

+ Implements and maintains an effective referral network and call program to promote sales.


**Qualifications:**


Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

- Nine to 11 years of financial sales experience

- Ability to travel (local, regional, national)


Preferred Skills/Experience

- 10-20% travel, country wide



- Well-developed sales and new business development skills

- Advanced knowledge of commercial payment products

- Advanced knowledge of CPS products, services, operations, policies and procedures

- Thorough knowledge of product marketing, client service issues, and organization operations

- Strong marketing and negotiating skills, emphasizing the development of sales strategies and goals

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

- Strong customer service/relation skills with ability to creatively resolve client concerns and issues

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
